Welcome to Archifruits. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Archifruits platform (the "Service"), operated by Blick3d, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware C Corporation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Archifruits, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Archifruits, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To use Archifruits, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Subscription Terms
Archifruits offers annual subscription plans that include a credit allocation for AI operations. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.2 Credit System
Credits are consumed when you use AI modules. Credit costs vary by module and operation type. Unused credits expire at the end of your subscription period and are not carried over to renewals.
4.3 Payment
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to images you upload and images generated using our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
6.2 Our Platform
The Archifruits platform, including all software, algorithms, trademarks, and design, is owned by Blick3d, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations
8.1 Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
8.2 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and accuracy. We do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use in professional projects.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blick3d, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
