2.1 Data We Access

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address, and profile picture, through the basic openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not request access to any other Google data (such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Contacts).

2.2 How We Use It

We use Google user data only to:

  • Create your Archifruits account
  • Sign you in and keep your account secure
  • Communicate with you about your account and the Service (for example, service updates, billing notifications, and support replies)

2.3 Sharing

We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising purposes, and we do not share it with third parties. The only exception is the infrastructure providers required to operate the Service (for example, hosting and database providers), which process this data solely on our behalf; beyond that, we disclose it only where the law requires us to. We do not use Google user data to develop or train AI or machine learning models.

2.4 Retention & Deletion

We keep Google user data for as long as your account is active. You can have your account deleted, or request deletion of your data, at any time by emailing contact@blick3d.com. We fulfil deletion requests within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices and tax records).

2.5 Revoking Access

You can remove Archifruits' access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Archifruits' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4.2 Account Data

Account information, billing history, and usage statistics are retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. Google user data (name, email address, and profile picture) is retained and deleted as described in Section 2.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Google (authentication, cloud storage, and Gemini AI processing), Stripe (payments), Replicate, fal.ai, RunPod, and Anthropic (AI processing), Railway and Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring)
  • Analytics & Advertising Partners: Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel), only when analytics and advertising cookies are allowed, as described in Section 8
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Secure cloud storage with access controls
  • Regular security audits and monitoring
  • Limited employee access to personal data

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information through your profile
  • Deletion: Request account deletion (email us at contact@blick3d.com)
  • Export: Download your generated images before the 30-day deletion
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (service emails remain necessary)

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) for two purposes:

  • Strictly necessary: Sign-in, security, language, and remembering your cookie choice. These are always on and are never used for advertising.
  • Analytics & advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel. These tools set their own cookies to help us understand how the site is used, measure our ad campaigns, and show relevant ads on Google and Meta platforms.

Analytics and advertising cookies depend on your choice. If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, they stay off until you accept them. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out, and we never load these tools inside our design-software plugins. You can change your choice whenever you like through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of our home page.

When these cookies are allowed, Google and Meta receive usage events such as page views, signing up, viewing the pricing page, starting checkout, and completing a purchase (with its value), together with their own cookie identifiers, your IP address, and your browser information. We also confirm completed purchases to Meta from our servers, using only those same browser identifiers. These events never include your name, email address, profile picture, or any other Google user data (see Section 2).

9. International Users

Archifruits is operated from the United States and Turkey. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU users.

10. Children's Privacy

Archifruits is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
